Welcome to week 3 of our 14 Health Challenges for 2014- a set of simple habits with positive repercussions. This weeks challenge is to move at least 10,000 steps a day, every day. Park at the far end of the parking lot. Use the stairs. Refill your water glass at the farthest water fountain. Take a stroll after dinner. Each step adds up to improved circulation, increased metabolism, enhanced mood, and higher energy.
