A set of simple habits with positive repercussions. This week’s challenge is to stay hydrated. You have started to slow down and pay attention to your food; now add the goal of drinking 8 12 oz glasses of water a day. This is ½ a glass an hour, or a few sips in between emails. A small change that will increase your energy, decrease aches and pains, and wash away brain fog.
